OUR TEAM

The Glasshouse Team is a unique and passionate mix of people with experience from around the world across many different industries. 75% of our team have experience of prison. We have a diverse and engaged board of senior leaders overseeing the direction and strategy of The Glasshouse. All members of our board offer their valuable time at no charge. We are blessed with talented and supportive volunteers, many of whom have become staff - as the organisation has grown and where appropriate, volunteers are offered permanent paid positions according to our need and their expertise. In alliance with MoJ regulations and our own priority of protecting our placements, we do not publish identifiable images of women currently in custody. These women have worked hard to get where they are, looking toward a better life after prison - they are at the core of our mission and the focus of our work.
