The Glasshouse Team harnesses experience from around the world and an array of different backgrounds which makes this tailor made team successful. From accomplished award-winning interior designers to individuals boasting two decades of expertise in navigating the intricacies of the prison system, we ensure we have the perfect balance that has grown The Glasshouse into what it is today. We also have a distinguished board, furthering The Glasshouse’s overall purpose and setting its direction and strategy. This is comprised of individuals who have held esteemed positions and possess extensive experience. They graciously offer their time ensuring the work of The Glasshouse is effective and responsible.

As per MOJ regulations, we cannot publish identifiable images of the women current in custody however, their worth remains unchanged and are the most important element of our team. You can explore the stories of the women who have successfully completed our program here.

In addition to our staff we also have been fortunate to have wonderful volunteers to support our work and the team, some of our current staff began their journey volunteering.
