‘This week I have been supporting that team. Along with writing proposals for new clients, overseeing the shop and a new member of staff joining, looking at finances, supporting existing clients and helping to make sure everyone arrives at the right time in the right place but nothing has prepared me for the feeling I got when I arrived @chelseaflowershow today.
Our greenhouse, thanks to @malvernbuildings is grounded and beautiful. It is here to show you that there is hope for women who want a second chance. It will take you on our journey from prison to release - from a place of darkness to hope and when you walk into our world, it’s real, it’s hard but it genuinely will make you feel there is hope.
That’s how I feel when I work for @theglasshousebotanics There are days when it is tough but even on the days when I don’t think I can make behind the scenes work, I see the journey, the hard work, the attention to detail, the new skills learnt - and I know I have the best job in the world.’
